Couples Counseling
Counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home with both couples at a time that is convenient for you. In person sessions are also available.
Adolescents
Teen therapy refers to a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques aimed at helping young individuals navigate the challenges and complexities of adolescence. This type of therapy is tailored specifically to address the unique developmental, emotional, social, and psychological needs of teenagers (typically ages 13 to 18).
